4 Tips For Beginners!

 Blog #19.20

Four tips for beginner field hockey players

1. Sign up for a camp– If you are serious about gaining an understanding of the game, Koa camps are a great opportunity to get personalized instruction and to learn new skills.
2. Watch as many games as possible – The best way to be exposed to field hockey is to watch games. Youtube is a great place to find international games!
3. Practice, practice, practice your stick skills! The more repetition the more comfortable you will become to do the skill.
4. Buy a good field hockey stick! There is information listed below on how to buy a field hockey stick!
