Field Hockey Rec League

This program is for both experienced and beginner players. Throughout the season, players will develop their field hockey skills and knowledge as they go through a practice session and a scrimmage each week. It will be approximately 45-60 minutes of skills and 30-45 minutes of game play.
Players can join with a group of friends, or they can join as a free agent and be put onto one of Koa's house teams! Each team will play for 1.5 hours on Sundays.

Beginner players are encouraged to register for a Clinic session in addition to Rec League. Email kay@koasports.org to receive a Discount Code for registering for both programs! 

Winter Rec League:

  • Who: 6th - 8th Grade
  • When: Sundays, January 5th - February 9th
  • Time: 9:00am-12:00pm (1.5 Hour Time Slots)
  • Location: Pro-Fit (4960 Boiling Brook Pkwy, Rockville MD)
  • Cost: $315

Spring Rec League:

  • Who/When:

    • 2/3rd Grade: 10am-11:30am

    • 4/5th Grade: 11:30am-1pm

    • 6th - 8th Grade: 1-2:30pm

    • High School: 2:30-4pm

  • When: Sundays, March 30th - May 18th (No April 20th)

  • Location: Churchill High School: (11300 Gainsborough Rd, Potomac MD)

  • Cost: $315
