Koa Sports Baseball Fall Training

Our focus for fall training is continuing the grind with our travel players fresh off of their fall seasons to prepare for the long winter! Workouts will operate in a “college style”, with on-field batting practice most days, in addition, to live at-bats. All of  our instructors are former collegiate baseball players and will work to identify any adjustments our athletes need to make before we head inside for winter. These assessments are crucial as they will allow players to use their time most efficiently before they tackle spring baseball.

We will have a 13U/14U group & a HS group. Players attend Saturday & Sunday 2 hour sessions.

What To Expect:

✔️Individual defense/hitting
✔️Bullpens and live at-bats on field
✔️Team defense
✔️Individual catching work

When: November Saturday & Sunday Sessions-

• Makeup week: 12/11 & 12/12
