Name: Emily Fornatora

About: Emily was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. She completed her undergraduate degree at Towson University in Sport Management. During her time at Towson University, Emily participated in undergraduate research and is a published author in the Sport Management Educational Journal. She also coached and assisted in operations for Coach Harwood Basketball Camp, interned and worked for Towson Athletics, US Lacrosse, Frederick Keys, and TU Campus Recreation.
Upon completing her undergraduate degree, Emily became the Youth Athletic Director for Koa Sports where she ran Koa’s Multisport & Activities Summer Camp and assisted with baseball operations. Before returning to Koa Sports, Emily became the Assistant Director of Youth and Family Programs at Loyola University Maryland where she started a summer camp and year-round program through the Department of Recreation and Wellness for the University. Emily returned to Koa Sports as the Executive Director of Youth Programs and Summer Camps. Emily continues to follow her passion in the youth sports industry.
When not shaping kids' lives through sports, Emily enjoys traveling with friends and family. She enjoys hiking new trails, exploring new cities, and finding new adventures throughout life!
