Happy New Year to everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed their break, spent time with their family, and enjoyed excellent food. I know I appreciated the time with my family, friends, and things slowing down.
I have a suggestion that may be the same as your resolution for this year, ask yourself three things:
What am I going to START to do?
What will I STOP doing?
What will I CONTINUE to do?
This week’s blog entry comes from a Koa Parent, enjoy:
As the mom of two very active boys, I am always on the go. Depending on the season, my boys play soccer, baseball, flag football, ice hockey and basketball. Whew- I get exhausted just coordinating all the rides back and forth to practice. At the end of a busy day, it is often hard to think about preparing a healthy meal.
However, teaching our kids to eat healthy foods is so important. By participating in sports, you are already encouraging your children to be physically activity and are promoting good health, but are you ready to take it to the next level and teach them how eating the right foods helps our bodies refuel, helps us concentrate better at work and school, and helps us sleep better?
If so, I can help. As a Certified Health Coach, I will teach you how to make simple lifestyle changes to how and what you eat. I will teach you how to nourish your body through real foods that will give you more energy and help you feel fabulous all the time. I work with clients one and one, in group sessions, and workshops.
