Winter Baseball
Nothing excites us like a dedicate athlete receiving top-notch instruction. There’s no better recipe for success and no better example of that than our baseball-specific speed and agility classes. Held at our Koa headquarters here in Kensington, there just isn’t a more well-rounded (and accessible) training option for players 8-18.
Halfway into our winter training classes, we’re offering a pro-rated package for those who’d like to try-out our programming. Register today and receive 3 weeks of training for $99.
*Players must wear sneakers for all indoor workouts. No Cleats!
Through our beautiful new facility in Kensington, Koa will offer a number of different training options (Monday-Friday and Sunday):

*There is also a package that allows players to attend any/all Koa Facility classes (that they are age-eligible for) during the winter workout season (1/6 – 3/2)

Koa will continue its relationship with the baseball program at Winston Churchill High School this Winter.
Jon Greenwich, CSCS
Sports Science Director
Former division I outfielder and NCAA Hitter of the Month nominee, Jon Greenwich, played collegiate baseball for the University of Maryland. Professionally, Jon played 1st base for the independent baseball team, The Warner-Robins Aviators. Along with his lengthy playing career, Jon also was a division I hitting coach for the George Washington University Colonials from 2010-2012.
Jon’s company, ThinkFast Sports, was founded in 2011 and focuses on developing high-performance athletes across a multitude of sports. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and works with youth through professional athletes.
