Girls High School Prep Camp

- Basic fundamentals (Throwing, Catching, RB/QB Exchanges, Blocking, Flag Pulling and More)

- Gameplay (Defining playing terms, Quarters, Time Factors, Substitutions, Scoring)

- Position Drills 

- Controlled Scrimmage

- Conditioning

How cool, Girls Flag Football is a Varsity Sport in Montgomery County!  This prep camp is will teach the fundamentals, rules, plays, and feature daily scrimmages!  Upon completion of camp, players will be better prepared for tryouts, let's get to work!

Rising 9th - 12th Graders

When:
Session 1- Wednesday 8/6-Friday 8/8 | 6-8 pm

Session 2- Sunday 8/10-Tuesday 8/12 | 6-8 pm

Where:
Churchill HS- 11300 Gainsborough Road Potomac, MD

Session 2-$175
