Welcome to the Girls Flag Football League – where empowerment meets the gridiron! Our all-new league will teach skills on and off the field.   We invite girls of all levels to join the excitement, build camaraderie, develop a passion for football, and unleash their prowess. Lace up the cleats, clip on your flags, and let's get ready to have a blast!

Girls Spring Flag League Information

 

Down-county Programming (5 weeks)

Dates: October 26th- November 23rd

Time: TBD
45 minute practice followed by a 45 minute game

Location: Luxmanor ES
(6201 Tilden Ln, Rockville, MD 20852)

Who: 6th - 8th Grade

Cost: $199 per player

Who is eligible for a Koa Girls Flag Football?

This league is an open registration league, which means anyone can join! You may come as a free agent, a few friends, or bring a full team of 10!

Who will coach the teams?

Koa will hire coaches to mentor your daughter. These coaches will be screened, trained, and pass a background check.

Where will the practices and games be held?

Koa Girls Flag is a 1 day a week commitment, which means we practice and play on Saturdays at Luxmanor Elementary School. We warm up and practice for 30-45 minutes, and then play a game for 45-60 minutes.

How do I get onto a Koa Girls Flag Football team?

Please make sure you register prior to the deadline!
