Field Hockey Rec League

Fall Rec League Details

This program is for both experienced and beginner players. Throughout the season, players will develop their field hockey skills and knowledge as they go through a practice session and a scrimmage each week. It will be approximately 45-60 minutes of skills and 30-45 minutes of game play.
Players can join with a group of friends or they can join as a free agent and be put onto one of Koa's house teams! Each team will play for 1.5 hours on Sundays.

Beginner players are encouraged to register for a Fall Clinic session in addition to Rec League. Email jen@koasports.org to receive a Discount Code for registering for both programs!

  • When: Sundays, September 8 - October 20 (7 weeks)
  • Time:
    • 2nd/3rd Grade: 10:00am - 11:30am
    • 4th/5th Grade: 11:30am - 1:00pm
    • 6th-8th Grade Beginner : 1:00pm - 2:30pm
    • 6th-8th Grade Experienced (2+ seasons): 2:30pm - 4:00pm
  • Location: Winston Churchill High School (11300 Gainsborough Rd, Potomac, MD 20854)
  • Cost: $299
