Season Started: Fall 2025
Kate Bardill is a dedicated and enthusiastic coach who brings both her playing experience and her passion for mentoring young athletes to Koa. She first joined Koa as a player in 2022, and after three years of playing experience, stepped into a coaching role in 2025 to give back to the community where she grew as an athlete.
Kate gained hands-on coaching experience at Koa’s Field Hockey Summer Camp, where she focused on creating an engaging environment that helped athletes develop their skills while having fun. As a center midfielder with three years of playing experience, Kate understands the importance of leadership, communication, and perseverance on the field.
For Kate, shaping kids’ lives through sports means creating a fun, positive environment where players can grow both as athletes and individuals. She believes sports help kids develop confidence, form friendships, and build lifelong skills. Having enjoyed her own time as a Koa camper, Kate is excited to now serve as a counselor and provide the same kind of memorable and rewarding experiences for the next generation of players.
