Season Started: Fall 2025

Bailey Wexler is a dedicated coach who brings both playing and training experience to Koa’s field hockey program. After beginning her journey with Koa as a player in 2023, Bailey stepped into coaching in 2025, eager to give back to the sport and inspire the next wave of athletes.

Bailey has led independent training sessions, where she developed strong leadership and communication skills, tailoring instruction to help athletes build confidence and sharpen their game. As a varsity field hockey player for Walter Johnson High School, she gained firsthand experience competing at a high level while understanding the value of teamwork and perseverance.

For Bailey, shaping kids’ lives through sports goes beyond the field. She believes sports are a platform to teach young athletes teamwork, positivity, and work ethic, while also fostering personal growth. Her goal is to be a supportive role model that players can look up to, ensuring they feel encouraged and valued both on and off the field.
