Ready to level up your game? Whether you're new to the sport or have experience on the field, our Field Hockey Rec League is built for players who want to sharpen their skills while competing in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Team Up & Compete
Sign up with friends and form a team, or join as a free agent and get placed on one of Koa Sports’s house teams. No matter how you enter, you’ll leave a stronger player.
Game-Ready Training
Each session combines focused training with competitive scrimmages. Players will spend 45 minutes refining stick skills, offensive and defensive tactics, and game awareness. Then, it's time to hit the field for 45 minutes of live-action play.
New to Field Hockey?
Beginner players are encouraged to join a Field Hockey Clinic alongside a Rec League for extra skill-building. Email ava@koasports.org for a discount code when registering for both!
