We don’t just open doors for athletes—we equip them, train them, and support them. Our partnership with Level the Playing Field has provided hundreds of underprivileged athletes with quality gear. Through MCPS’ Linkages to Learning, we send trained coaches to mentor and guide at-risk youth.

Sports for Every Child
Every kid deserves the chance to play. No exceptions. Through our ‘Play It Forward’ Scholarship Fund, we ensure no child sits on the sidelines. We've also partnered with the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy to bring baseball and strong role models to inner-city communities.

Kara has been doing an amazing job with our field hockey U12 Development Team! She's patient, motivating, and hard-working. Every week, we see her hard work come to fruition as her team improves. She always shows up excited and ready to coach. She has been a great addition to our fall coaching staff, and we can't wait to see what she does in the coming seasons!

Jackie has been crushing it this fall season! She has been a strong force on defense for the U12 Club team and always gives 200% effort, whether in practice or games. She is a silent leader on her team and someone her teammates can look up to. We are extremely proud of Jackie's strong work ethic and we love witnessing her constant improvement.Â
